Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Licia, offers an exchange or returns within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer. Claims concerning possible returns and refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place.

Licia is not responsible for the return delivery charges and customs fees and duties of returning products. Please note that we do not return shipping costs.

For both exchanges and returns, please contact us by email at info@liciaistanbul.com for the Licia Return Form with all the information you need. When returning the products, we recommend that you place them in a small bag to protect them from dust.  You do not need to send us back any of the documents you received with your package. We kindly ask you to inform us by e-mail before shipping the product you wish to return. Please share the cargo tracking number with us when you ship the product

**Please note that all the items (the package) should be valued under 18 Euros and should be sent with a ‘women dress sample return - no commercial value' description on them. In addition, since Licia works with UPS, DHL, FEDEX as a courier company, we will ask you not to give it to other courier companies. Those are necessary to prevent any customs problems in Turkey. Otherwise, the responsibility is not on Licia.
