Shipping

Licia ships worldwide and offers Standard and Express shipping options. All international orders are shipped by UPS, Fedex and domestic orders are shipped by domestic cargo.

Delivery time starts one business day after the order date. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please email us at info@liciaistanbul.com. Please note that Licia does not accept responsibility for lost/missing packages successfully delivered to the correct shipping address provided during checkout.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@liciaistanbul.com Cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Defective or Damaged Products:

While products undergo extensive quality checks before being shipped, in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@liciaistanbul.com. To be eligible for replacement, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging.

We will provide further assistance and details on how to proceed to receive a replacement for the same item.

Returns and exchanges for our ready-to-wear collection are accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receipt.

Important Notes:

When trying on products, please pay attention to makeup, deodorant or other marks on the product. Products returned with such marks or damage will not be accepted.
